With the CVO (Energy Recovery Plant), we will reduce the amount of waste to be deposited in landfills, recover materials for recycling, produce electricity and soil amendment compost.

The CVO has the capacity to process 90,000 tons/year with a capacity of 111 tons/day for organic recovery through anaerobic digestion. The RUB (Recycled Organic Waste) is treated by anaerobic digestion, producing compost and biogas, which is then used for energy recovery, injecting the produced energy into the electrical grid.

We propose to respect and guarantee the safety and well-being of the neighboring population, effectively and rigorously controlling the visual impact of the structure, its safety, and any odors, noise, and liquid effluents.

ORGANIC COMPOST
Naturally healthy soils.

After digestion, biodegradable waste is sent to a composting process, resulting in an organic soil-correcting compost. By using this compost as a substrate and fertilizer, we are reducing the use of chemical or synthetic substances that are harmful to the soil. By enhancing soil enrichment with organic substrate, we are contributing to healthy soil, prolonging its natural balance.

RECYCLABLES
In the fraction larger than 80mm, packaging waste and other materials are sorted and subsequently sent for recovery, completing the recycling cycle.
